On receipt of this call from SWAST, stating two vehicles were involved also persons trapped, an appliance from Helston and the rescue tender from Tolvadon along with a Wholetime Officer were mobilised, on arrival it was confirmed as a two vehicle incident, four casualties were involved, with one remaining in the vehicle being assessed by an attending doctor and ambulance personnel, Cornwall Fire & Rescue Service gave general assistance at the scene and also helped ambulance personnel. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police, who were also in attendance.
