HELSTON COMMUNITY HOSPITAL MENEAGE STREET HELSTON at 20/09/2004 15:21
At 1521 we were called to a strong smell of ammonia eminating from a room that had been locked for a week at the Community Hospital at Helston. Appliances from Helston, Mullion,Truro and Camborne plus 2 officers attended. Upon inspection it was found that the cause of the alarm was a leak of refridgerant gas from a fridge. The fridge was moved to open air and the room ventilated. All appliances returning by 1700.
