Fire In Transformer Unit

A call was received to a report of smoke seen coming from an electrical box outside a property in Frances Street. Crews from Truro and Tolvaddon were mobilised to the incident and on arrival found a fire in a transformer unit with a small amount of smoke issuing. Crews cordoned off the area. Western Power were also in attendance and the transformer was isolated. There are no further details available for this incident.
