Fire In Microwave

Firefighters from Helston and a whole time officer were mobilised following reports of smoke in a building in Wendron Street. Two firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used one hosereel jet and one extinguisher to extinguish a fire in the microwave. All persons had been evacuated prior to Fire Service arrival.
