Drum Collected From Beach

Two appliances from St Ives, an Environmental Support Vehicle from Penzance and a Hazmat Officer attended this incident.
A drum was found washed up on the beach and contains an unknown substance. Crews used gas tight suits to safely put the 90L drum into a sealed overdrum.
The overdrum and contents will be collected by a specialist company for safe disposal.
