Crews from Lostwithiel Community Fire Station attended a chimney fire at a property in this location. Chimney rods and a stirrup pump were used to extinguish the fire.
During 2015/16 Cornwall firefighters tackled 124 chimney fires. Most chimney fires are preventable by having them swept regularly.
