Chimney Fire

One appliance from Truro Community Fire Station attended this incident. The crew used chimney kit to extinguish the fire and make the scene safe.
During 2015/16 Cornwall firefighters tackled 124 chimney fires. Most chimney fires are preventable by having them swept regularly.
