One appliance from Liskeard attended this incident, on arrival the camper van was well alight, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used two high pressure hosereel jets to extinguish the fire, they also removed a gas cylinder from the scene. Devon & Cornwall Police attended due to heavy traffic and large amounts of smoke obscuring the main A38.
