Upon receiving an emergency 999 call into the Critical Control Centre this morning from a resident reporting they had awoke to find their home was filled with smoke, two appliances from Tolvaddon and a wholetime officer were mobilised.
Upon arrival the first appliance found the occupier had made her own way safely outside of the property. Two breathing apparatus, one hosereel and one thermal imaging camera were used to locate a fire involving a kitchen worktop and flue.
