Gorse Fire

Between Portwrinkle and Downderry, near Crafthole at 27/03/2017 15:15

Two fire appliances from Torpoint Community Fire Station attended reports of a gorse fire on the cliffs near Cobland Hill. The firefighters established that this was a controlled burn but due to the wind direction deemed the fire unsafe. Beaters were used to extinguish about 60 square metres of gorse.
