Gorse Fire

The Fire and Rescue Service received a call to a gorse fire in the area of Davidstow moor. Two appliances from Delabol attended. The crews found a gorse fire over 8 acres of land and the crews requested further assistance from Padstow and Wadebridge utilising there 4 x 4 off road vehicles and crew to extinguish the fire using beaters. A wholetime officer also attended.
