Call received at 0349 hours reporting a barn fire. Four pumping appliances from Mevagissey, St Austell and St Dennis fire stations were mobilised to the incident. The barn measures about 15 meters by 30 meters and contains farm machinery. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are using jets to extinguish the fire and protect adjacent farm buildings. The fire is now under control.

1100: Fire Investigation are now on scene at this premises.
