On receipt of this call, both appliances from St. Austell and the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised. On arrival at the scene there was found to be a single vehicle involved, with one person trapped, crews used crash rescue equipment at the scene to release the casualty, who was taken into the care of attending ambulance personnel. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police, who were in attendance.
