Six firefighters from St Austell attended a call from a property whise smoke alarm was sounding, the occupant stated there was no sign of fire. On crews initial arrival they confirmed there was no sign of fire, after investigation they confirmed that there had been a grill pan fire in the property which was out on its discovery. Crews carried out a home fire safety check before leaving the building.
