Road Traffic Collision
A30 Hayle By Pass at 27/05/2017 17:01
On receipt of this call one appliance from Hayle and the rescue tender from Tolvaddon were mobilised, on arrival the crews found a three vehicle road traffic collision, fortunately no persons were trapped, one vehicle was issuing smoke, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a high pressure hosereel jet to extinguish the fire. Fire & Rescue personnel proceeded to make the vehicles and scene safe. Ambulance service and Devon & Cornwall Police were in attendance.
Please be aware of heavy traffic in the area. Devon & Cornwall Police are in attendance. Some motorists have been reported as doing 'U' turns in the road, please approach the area with caution.
