At 14:56 the Fire service was alerted to a fire in a flat by a neighbour. Appliances from Launceston were mobilised to the scene. On crews arrival they confirmed that there had been a fire in a domestic cooker which was out on their arrival. Crews inspected the scene and liased with the occupant of the flat.
