At the request from HM Coastguard for assistance, one appliance from Newquay attended and assisted coastguard and ambulance in the recovery of a casualty who had fallen down a cliff, the crew used a triple extension ladder in the recovery of the casualty who was taken into the care of ambulance personnel and then transferred to the air ambulance.
