On receipt of this call appliances from Callington and Launceston as well as the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised along with a Wholetime Officer. On arrival there was found to be a two vehicle collision and confirmed that persons were trapped, crews are currently undertaking the removal of casualties using crash rescue equipment. The ambulance service are in attendance, also Devon & Cornwall Police, from whom further details may be obtained. Motorists should be aware of heavy traffic congestion in the area.
