At 2234 the Critical Control Centre received a 999 call from a caller trapped in their property by fire. Two Fire Appliances were immediately displaced from Bodmin Community Fire Station. Firefighters were on scene in under 5 minute from the time they were alerted. Firefighters entered the building wearing Breathing apparatus and used a high pressure hose reel jet to extinguish the fire and help three people from the building. A full investigation into the cause of the incident will be conducted with Devon and Cornwall Police.
