Two fire appliances from Bodmin and one appliance from Wadebridge are in attendance at a fire in a two-storey house, measuring ten metres by five metres. The fire in the bedroom has spread to the roof space. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus are using two hosereel jets to extinguish the fire.

Update 1945hrs: The fire has been extinguished and firefighters are damping down to ensure the fire is fully out.

Update 2045hrs: Firefighters are still in attendance checking for hotspots. It is expected that they will be returning shortly.

Update 2130hrs, all appliances have returned to home stations.
