The rescue tender and an appliance from Tolvaddon with a wholetime officer attended this incident. The incident involved a single vehicle, crash rescue equipment was used at the scene to extricate a casualty. The A30 was closed in both directions while the air ambulance landed and conveyed the casualty to hospital. Fire & Rescue personnel worked in close liaison with attending ambulance and police personnel. Further details may be obtained from Devon & Cornwall Police.
