Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service received multiple calls from members of the public and Police reporting a vehicle on fire at Crantock, Newquay. One pump from Newquay Community Fire Station was immediately mobilised by Critical Control.
On arrival the officer in charge confirmed the vehicle was well alight. Crews extinguished the fire using two breathing apparatus and one hose reel jet.
The incident was left safe and in the hands of the Police.
