At 15:52 this afternoon the Critical Control Centre received a call from the Ambulance service, reporting a road traffic collision. Two appliances from St Just were mobilised to the incident, as well as one officer.

On arrival crews found a two vehicle road traffic collision. One casualty was not trapped in the vehicle however, due to
icy weather conditions making it hard to gain access to the casualty, firefighters
used crash rescue equipment to remove the vehicle door.

Police and Ambulance were also in attendance.
