Road Traffic Collision

Cornwall Fire and Rescue service received a call from Devon & Cornwall Police reporting a Road Traffic Collision in Wendron, Helston. One pump from Helston and the rescue tender Tolvaddon Community Fire Station were immediately mobilised by Fire Control along with a whole time officer.
On arrival the officer in charge confirmed a two vehicle road traffic collision with one person trapped. Crews used two sets crash rescue equipment to release the patient, made the vehicles safe and the patient was left in the care of the air ambulance.
