Throughout the evening the Critical Control Centre has received numerous calls related to the weather conditions. Appliances have been mobilised from:
- Newquay
- Falmouth
- Perranporth
- St Dennis
to incidents involving flooding.

In the event of major flooding in the county, Cornwall Fire, Rescue and Community Safety Service work closely with other agencies to deliver a coordinated approach to the operation.
