The Critical Control Centre received a call from a concerned Mum this afternoon after her keys and child were accidentally locked in the car. She requested assistance as her breakdown company were over an hour away.

An appliance from Liskeard Fire Station on route to standby in Saltash was asked to proceed to and attend the location. Using small tools the crew assisted the car owner to enter the vehicle and reunite the Mum, Child and car keys.

The crew returned to their standby in Saltash.
