Appliances from St Dennis, St Austell and the Rescue Tender from Bodmin attended a call to a road traffic collision with one person trapped. On arrival the first appliance confirmed that there had been a two vehicle collision,with one car well alight. All persons were removed from the vehicles before the arrival of The Fire Service and crews set about giving first aid to the vehicle occupants until the arrival of The Ambulance.
Firefighters used two breathing apparatus and one hose reel to extinguish the flames and remained on scene with Ambulance assisting with casualty care.
