At 1721 today Cornwall Critical Control Centre received a call to a male trapped under a car. One appliance from Wadebridge and the Rescue Tender from Bodmin Fire Stations attended the incident. On arrival crews found one male casualty trapped under the car after the jack had failed causing the car to collapse on him. Crews used crash rescue equipment and air bags to release the casualty into the car of the Ambulance Service.
