On receipt of an emergency call the Critical Control Centre mobilised crews from Newquay Community Fire Station and a wholetime officer to the scene. On arrival the crews sent a message saying that smoke was issuing from the property and not all persons were accounted for. More appliances from surrounding Stations were mobilised for support.

Police and ambulance are also in attendance at this incident.
