Gas Leak Following Road Traffic Accident

2 appliances from Launceston attended. The crews removed the car from a broken gas main and used jets help disperse the gas and prevent it from igniting. Some gas had entered an adjacent building and this was vented using positive pressure ventilation. Gas engineers attended to cap the broken main and electrical engineers attended to isolate a damaged street lamp.
