Two appliances from Tolvaddon Community Fire Station attended this incident.
Crews using two breathing apparatus and one hosereel rescued one elderly female from the property and extinguished a cooker fire. The elderly female suffered slight smoke inhalation and was taken to hospital by ambulance as a precaution. The cause of the fire was accidental and confined.
