Cornwall Fire and Rescue service received a call from Devon & Cornwall Police reporting a road traffic collision on the A390, Hewas Water. Two pumps from St Austell, the rescue tender from Bodmin Community Fire Station along as a whole time officer were immediately mobilised by Critical Control.

On arrival the officer in charge confirmed a one vehicle road traffic collision. One casualty was in the care of the Ambulance service while crews made the vehicle safe.

The incident was left safe and in the hands of Devon & Cornwall Police.
