Two appliances from Camborne were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival crews found there was a fire in the ground floor living room of a detached bungalow, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered the property and used a hosereel to extinguish the fire. One casualty required treatment from attending ambulance personnel for the effects of smoke inhilation, unfortunately one person was pronounced deceased at the scene.
