Two appliances from Launceston were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival, crews found one room well alight, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used hosereels to extinguish the fire, which had also involved a further room, the positive pressure fan was used to ventilate the property. The fire was believed to have been caused by an electrical fault.
