Fire In The Open
A390, Threemilestone at 11/07/2018 14:56
Cornwall Fire and Rescue service received a call from a member of the public reporting a fire in the open near to A390, Threemilestone. One pump from Truro Community Fire Station was immediately mobilised by Critical Control.
On arrival the officer in charge confirmed a controlled burn with Environmental Health already in attendance. After liaising with Environmental Health crews extinguished the fire using one hose reel jet.
The incident was left safe and in the hands of Environmental Health.
