On receipt of this call, crews from Torpoint and Liskeard were mobilised. On arrival the building was found to be well alight, the building involved was a two storey semi detached property and the fire was confined to the first floor, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a jet and hosereel to extinguish the fire. Crews are still on scene at this time checking over the property and carrying out salvage. A Fire Investigation Team will check the premises to ascertain the cause of the blaze.
