Crews from St. Keverne and Mullion were mobilised to this incident. On arrival the barn, measuring 10 x 10 metres, was found to be well alight, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus were committed at the scene and a total of three jets and two hosereels were used to extinguish the fire. Crews remained on scene for a considerable time cutting away and damping down
