Crews from St. Columb and the rescue tender from Bodmin were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival there was found to be a collision between a car and a lorry. The driver of the lorry was released before arrival of the Brigade, unfortunately the driver in the car was pronounced dead at the scene, crews gave general assistance at the incident.
