Crews from Redruth and St. Ives were mobilised on receipt of this call. On arrival there was found to be a galvanised shed measuring approximately 6 x 3 metres alight, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus extinguished the fire using hosereels. Arson is suspected, the police and the Arson Task Force are now dealing.
