Both appliances from St. Austell were mobilised to this incident, on arrival firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a foam extinguisher and hosereel to extinguish the fire in a industrial chip pan unit, the crews then proceeded to ventilate the premises using the positive pressure fan.
