Two appliances from St. Austell were mobilised to this incident. On arrival crews found smoke issuing from a ground floor flat, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus entered and found that the fire was in the bedroom of the flat, hosereels were used to extinguish the fire, the positive pressure fan was also used to ventilate the property.
