Firefighters from Delabole, Wadebridge and Bodmin attended a barn fire which involved animals and hay. Calves were removed by firefighters at the scene and they are believed to be okay. The farmer assisted by removing the bales of hay with a tractor to a field so that they could burn out under control. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used 2 hosereels and a jet to deal with this incident. The cause of the fire is not suspicious.
