Crews from Penzance and St. Ives were despatched on receipt of this call. On arrival crews found a fire in the bathroom of a detached bungalow, firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel and CO2 extinguisher to extinguish the fire, the thermal image camera was also used, crews also used the positive pressure ventilation fan to remove any remaining smoke in the property.
