Grill Fire

Cornwall Fire and Rescue service received a call from a member of the public reporting a grill on fire in a property in St Pirans Road, Perranporth. One pump from Perranporth, one pump from Newquay Community Fire Station were immediately mobilised by Critical Control alone with a whole time officer.
On arrival the officer in charge confirmed a grill pan fire which was out on arrival. Crews were required for inspection only and the incident was left safe and in the hands of the occupants.
