Appliances from Wadebridge and the Rescue Tender from Bodmin attended a serious road traffic collision tonight at 23:11. On arrival the crews confirmed that two vehicles had collided at high speed and inside of each vehicle was a person trapped. Firefighters used cutting gear and crash rescue equipment to extricate the casualties who were air lifted to Derriford Hospital. Police and Ambulance were also on scene.
