On receiving an emergency call stating that smoke was issuing from a residential building the Critical Control Centre mobilised resources to the scene. On arrival the crews used two breathing apparatus, one hose reel jet and one safety jet. Once the fire was extinguished a positive pressure ventilation fan was used to ventilate the property
