This evening Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service received a call to a house fire at 21:13 hrs in Hayle. Appliances from Hayle, Tolvaddon, St Ives and Perranporth attended the incident supported by specialist vehicles from Falmouth, St Just and St Dennis.

The fire has now been extinguished, one appliance remains on scene monitoring hot spots and damping down.

A Fire Investigation Team will attend the scene in the morning to start an investigation to the cause of this incident. Devon and Cornwall Police and South West Ambulance Service also attended this incident.
