On receiving this call Fire Control mobilised two appliances and the aerial ladder platform to the incident. The fire involved a deep fat fryer at a fish and chip shop which had spread to the extractor system and involved the roof space, further resources were required and appliances from Falmouth and Redruth attended. Firefighters wearing breathing apparatus used a hosereel and thermal image camera at the incident. Crews were delayed for a time, the last appliance returned at approximately 1045 hours.
