On receipt of this call, appliances from St. Austell and St. Dennis as well as the aerial ladder platform from Truro were mobilised. On arrival there was found to have been a kitchen fire which was fortunately out on arrival, crews gave first aid at the scene to a casualty suffering from burns, they also made the scene safe, crews remained on scene until the arrival of the ambulance service.
