Crews from Torpoint were mobilised to this incident, on arrival there were found to be approximately 360 one ton bales alight, crews used hosereels and a jet to extinguish the fire. The crews were delayed a considerable time damping down and turning over. The crew eventually left the scene at approximately 0900 hours. Arson was suspected. The Arson Task Force are aware and dealing.
